Incredible Women of Color exists to help 100,000 women of color find their voice by reclaiming their identity, presence, influence, and purpose.
By this time next year... your voice will be undeniable.
Wholeness is not a destination — it’s motion.
Every breakthrough. Every step forward.
Every woman reclaiming her voice.
Before the world can witness her strength, she must first believe it herself.
This is the journey of becoming whole.
About Incredible Women of Color (IWoC)
I founded Incredible Women of Color (IWoC) to honor the call on my life to help 100,000 women of color find their voice.
This was not my idea — it was God-given.
And when it first came, I felt the least equipped to lead it.
But now, I see clearly: every frustration, every obstacle, and every rejection in my life was leading me here.
I'm here because I care to see women of color get the tools they need — to close gaps that might have been passed down for their children to fix.
I'm here because the legacy deserves to begin with us.
Here at Incredible Women of Color, we believe wholeness doesn’t begin with convenience — it begins with awareness and obedience.
It begins by listening to the still small voice.
The still small voice — God's quiet leading inside each of us — calls us toward wholeness, toward courage, and toward legacy.
It’s not loud. It’s not forceful.
It’s the voice that says, "There’s more for you," even when the world says, "Stay silent."
It’s the whisper that stirs you to move — even when the path isn’t fully clear.
The still small voice is calling... will you answer?
Through our By This Time Next Year framework, we equip women of color to find their voice by pursuing personal wholeness — reclaiming their identity, presence, influence, and purpose.
In the process, we are developing Grounded Leaders:
Women who lead not from titles, but from obedience, identity, and truth.
Leaders who obey the call, walk with their people from blank canvas to masterpiece in certainty, and change the course of generations.
This is the new standard.
This is the IWoC way.
And by this time next year, your voice will be undeniable.

Meet the Visionary Behind IWoC
Shaun J Morris
Host of the IWoC Community | Movement Founder | Leadership Coach

Shaun J. Morris is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Coach, and founder of the Incredible Women of Color (IWoC) Community — a movement designed to help women of color find their voice by reclaiming their identity, stepping into leadership, and building unshakable confidence.
Raised by an 18-year-old single mother and shaped by the discipline of the United States Marine Corps, Shaun learned early that your voice isn’t something that’s always protected — sometimes, you have to fight to reclaim it.
After facing a year of deep personal loss and transition in 2023, Shaun committed to living the very transformation he now leads others through: a journey of obedience, clarity, resilience, and purpose.
With over 20 years of experience in leadership, sales, and business development, Shaun now mentors women of color who are navigating life transitions — equipping them to lead from a place of wholeness (mind, body, heart, and soul) while building lives of influence and impact.
“By this time next year, your voice will be undeniable.”
This isn’t just a message — it’s a measurable promise.Through his work, Shaun has discovered that empowering women of color is built on three key principles:
Believing in their potential
Fostering a mentoring culture of connection among like-minded women
Equipping them with the strategies and resources to unlock their full potential
At the core of his message is a powerful truth:
You were called for such a time as this. Not to fit in — but to lead, to speak, and to shift the atmosphere around you with truth.
